Get technical fixes scoped

Prices cover the listed scope. Additional work and external costs are quoted separately.

A practical approach

Find the technical barrier that actually matters.

Crawling, indexing and appearing in results are different stages. The investigation should identify where the affected pages are getting stuck.

Trace representative URLs

Select important and affected pages, then review responses, discovery paths and what search engines can access.

Separate symptoms from causes

Compare canonical signals, redirects, indexability and rendered content. Prioritise issues that affect useful pages rather than treating every warning equally.

Validate the change

Record the fix and check its technical effect. Monitor subsequent crawling and indexing separately, as a successful deployment does not guarantee a search outcome.

The deliverable is a prioritised issue register with affected URLs, recommended fixes and verification notes.

Assess my requirements
Technical SEO

What we’ll deliver.

Diagnose a website of up to 500 URLs and implement three agreed technical fix classes with documented validation.

  • Important pages are missing, duplicated or hard to crawl.
  • Your team needs reproducible issues instead of a raw crawl export.
  • A developer needs clear acceptance checks for each fix.

Identify reproducible barriers

Review crawl responses, important templates, rendered content and indexing signals.

How we check it

Each priority issue includes affected URLs and a way to reproduce the symptom.

Agree three fix classes

Group shared causes such as canonical rules, redirect behaviour or internal-link patterns.

How we check it

Confirm implementation ownership, access and what stays outside the sprint.

Implement controlled changes

Apply the approved fixes with a reviewable version and rollback route.

How we check it

Check the changed output before releasing it to the live site.

Validate and hand over

Repeat technical checks and review important customer journeys after release.

How we check it

Retain evidence of the fix and identify any recrawl or indexation follow-up still needed.

Your handover

Prioritised issue register, affected-URL examples, release notes and repeatable before-and-after validation.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Will you fix the problems or just send an audit?

This is a bounded implementation sprint, not only a findings document. The starting scope reviews up to 500 URLs and addresses three agreed fix classes. A fix class means one shared problem, such as a template generating incorrect canonical links; it does not mean unlimited unrelated changes. Access, staging and developer responsibilities determine what can be implemented safely.

How do you show that a fix worked?

Record the original symptom, affected URLs, the implemented change and a repeatable validation. Keep a release record and check important customer journeys after changes. Search-engine recrawling and subsequent performance are separate from confirming the implementation.

What if my developer must implement the changes?

Choose an SEO audit when you mainly need prioritised findings and a handoff. For this sprint, identify which changes ScaleXSol can implement and which need your developer; include those dependencies in the schedule.

What is the starting budget and what is separate?

$1,000 – $2,500 / scoped fix sprint. An SEO Audit is available separately if you need findings and a handoff before implementation. These are published USD prices. The written quote must state the complete cost, payment schedule and applicable taxes.

When can the work begin and what do you need from me?

2–4 weeks after access. To scope the work, prepare: Website/stack; known symptom; development access. The schedule starts after the required access, inputs and approvals are ready.

How are revisions, extra work and support agreed?

Use the listed deliverables and exclusions as the starting point. The quote must state acceptance checks, review rounds, payment stages, cancellation arrangements and any ongoing support. Requested additions need an agreed cost and schedule before implementation.
